So I decided I would head to PvP before the big feature patch to stock up on some skins… but skins have been removed from PvP?

I won 3 solo queue arena matches but got no skin chest.

I ranked up twice but my rank chest just contained carrots and pebbles?

Have all skins been removed from PvP? Is there any way to get skins now?

You will have to wait till after the feature update to gain anymore skins from win chests and rank up chests. They removed them so that PvP players would be able to start ahead of pve players since ALL of their former rewards are getting taken away.
