How to get it? I’ve seen a r40 war wielding it so i guess it’s a very rare random drop from tournament chests, right?

phoenix token + sword token + arcane crystal + arcane powder

you get phoenix tokens from t2 cultural armour (and dredge dungeon armour I think)

i think they removed the skin, coz its not on the bank anymore and when i try crafting it different skin keep showing up. i crafted the icy dragon sword instead

Its still in bank, they just updated the icon. Yeah and it has % chance of getting it and % to get something else.
