first of all , sorry for my bad english ! ! !

I am coming from 1 year+ break and i have start playing PvP the last 18 days , i have unlock pvp season 1(11/11 achievments) and i allmost finish season 2(9/11 achievments) and going for season 3.
Yesterday i got legendary division(pain in the kitten and i was hoping for a title illustrius legend or something like that , but nothing , illustrius legend achievement progress is 0/5.

Thats normal ?

You can’t get the Illustrious Legend title that was Season 3 only, as in the actual time limited season before the current one.

so i wont get any title at all for getting legendary division?

You will, it’ll get awarded at the end of the season.

There is a different title that will be awarded it won’t be illustrious legend, iirc it is the Indomitable Legend
