So whats going on?? Why does this guy have the Actual Pvp Quip item?

More concerning is why does he have daggerstorm… even on legacy…
Nevermind, questions of hotjoin shouldn’t concern me.

Those 4 signets and not even the correct build. Also armor looks rediculous. Also what’s up with that daggerstorm. O.o

It’s a glitch, you could transmute to fractal weapon skins and then use the fractal skin.

It’s fixed now though, which kittenes me off because I spent the last month grinding through the bore that is fractal in an attempt to transmute my Juggernaut. Sucks that that guy gets to keep it :/
