Pvp amulet balance
Those numbers have always struck me as rather dumb in a balancing sense. I agree that all amulets should have the same stat total.
Items have a formula that gives a bonus the more you spread out stat allocations. That formula probably needs revised now that healing power is finding more use and conditions are more prevalent and stack.
those numbers are balanced.
3 stats amulet have highest single stat – 1200 , 2 stats at 900
4 stats amulet have 2 stats at 1050 and 2 stats at 560
7 stats amulet have 7 stats at 560 each
we really should have
5 stats amulet with 2 stats at 900 and 3 stats at 560
6 stats amulet with 2 stats at 750 and 4 stats at 560
I dont call a +30% total stat difference a “balance”. Balance would be no total stat differences. If i want to play with spreaded stats, it shouldn’t give me a superiority to the opponent.
Another ‘nerf cele’ thread? ^^
Cele has 900 more stats than most other amulets, wow… and how many builds use this OP amulet?
The amulets have different numbers so that they are balanced.

Wrong
I feel similar but do agree with a cost for enhancing stat to max possible values. Regarding stats in sPvP I was discussing these in the We want Zealot Amulet for HoT thread. One idea was to rebalance amulet values & total stat values with another to introduce more stat items providing greater stat customisation while still keeping stats bounded within the overall stat set.
Bezagron’s full rebalance suggestion is just beautiful. Unifying the amount of jewelry throughout game modes, while giving VASTLY more diversity and balance.
This needs to stay at page one of PVP.

I like Bezagrons spreadsheet however, those with low-tier health pools are really limited if they want to max out a specific stat without a decent amount of Vit.
bump for this awesome spreadsheet
