Can you make axe 1 skill inflict torment so that ranger has a viable condi weapon in pvp?

Short bow isn’t a good condi weapon when all you have to do to counter it is to look at it.

Condi Ranger (or more accurately Condi Druid) is fine. I run Axe/Torch and Sword/Dagger. Lots of bleeds, poisons, and burns. I also run spike trap, vipers nest, and entangle. More bleeds and poisons. Why aren’t you running druid?

Cuz you’ll get slaughtered vs average to good players. No damage mitigation, bad condi cleanse, no stability, barely escape options.

i was a trapper but i switched thing up a bit. i noticed odds are much higher of people staying away or sending pets in on the ranked matches http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vNAQRAnf8YnUqAVsiFsCOsAUtgFMBDum2TLqNLrBQA45GM5qYlI8KA-TphAwAkLDA4EAU4gA05IAM5BAsc/BA i have stone there in case i get pulled into a guard trap.. the glph combo i have is better then the traps becouse i can use it at anytime yes it has worked very well however you might not think so after the loss vs win post i put up . but i took some advice and stopped going in without a pre made team and things are much better

I still use ADST Condi Druid in some situations. It is oppressive vs certain enemy compositions. Not as all-around strong as Menders Bunker, but has devastating burst and does really well against Power Shiro Revenant.
