Hi,

I got back to gw after a period of inactivity and i was initially delighted in seeing the changes to pvp reward progression.

I have noticed that i cannot activate anyone of the tracks except the weekly ones, even i i completed the relative story dungeon.
Do i have to do the story dungeons again in order to unlock the tracks? That would be insanely sad since i do only pvp now in the very small amount of time i can devote to playing gw2..

Yes.
You have to redo stories. they take like 15-20 minutes though so it’s not that big a deal.
Unless you pug it.. if you don’t have friends this is a nightmare. PvE heros are worse at Pve then they are at pvp.

Most of the issue with pugging dungeons is that you’ll get first-timers who actually care about the story and who are barely at the level required (so they’re wearing lower-grade and probably underlevelled gear – made even worse if they’re a higher level than the dungeon so get downscaled – and don’t have most of the better traits).
If you advertise a party for something like “story l80 only, skip cutscenes”, most pugs should still get it done pretty quickly.
