I have to ask as it wasn’t mentioned in the patch, are people still experiencing random trait resets in the Mists or have they sneaky-fixed it?

PS: Went in an out of mists 10 times, it still randomly resets traits.:s

I never experienced this.

Only thing I noticed was, that my speedy kit trait was deactivated today (leaving the trait slot blank). But this is probably due to this trait being changed in the last patch and not random.

Were all your traits reset or just some missing (due to changes in the patch)?

A few of my traits still reset from time to time. I have to check them before the match starts. Not sure if this was corrected with the most recent patch, however.

Mine reset constantly as well. Not all of them, but more than 2/3 of them. Every time I leave and re-enter the Mists.

I couldn’t say so because my PvP chars don’t ever leave the mists. I never noticed the few times that my PvE chars went there for build tests.

This happens to me. Not sure why though.

If you have a trait that you use in your pve/wvw build and then go into the mists with that same trait it will reset. So if your pve build is very different from your mists build or if your character is not high enough to have traits unlocked you won’t notice this.

Yup, happens on my PvE/PvP Ele all the time. Go from LA to the mists and bam! Where’d all my major traits go?

Ah, this explains why I haven’t noticed before and why it was speedy kits. It getting changed in the last patch was just incidental, it was actually because I chose it as my very first trait today (slow levelling, almost exclusively in the mists)…xD

I am 80 so the level thing is not the issue, and who ever said they never leave Mists that doesn’t matter as it happens even on relogs.

I want this fixed, it has happened more than a few times that I haven’t checked traits, and BLAM it hits me why I am under-performing..

Mine reset 100% of the time on my necro, about 50% of the time on my warrior, and never on my thief. VERY annoying.

Yep, very tired of this. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve played a match without majors =[
