This just SCREAMS exploit. People will have mules that d/c on purpose when loosing just so the group doesn’t lose a pip.

Hell..i can even go as far as paying someone a few gold who doesn’t do HC pvp, in order to drop the match and that way preserve my pip…….

ITs funny they design a system which can be obviously full of exploits.

You’ve answered yourself. Go read the dev posts it’s been answered already.

If you’re teamed up with someone, both of you will lose a pip. If not, Im not likely to disconnect and get dishonored just for some pugs pips.

Anet already statet it. If you are in pemade team you will loose a pip. Its only if you are not in a group with the disconector, that you won´t loose a pip. So you would have to talk some random people to intentionaly disconect …
