Why can necros spam mindless AOE conditions which downs people faster than any backstab thief ever did?
Why can rangers get the best passive buffs in the game with little cost and res themselves instantly twice in a 30s period?
Why can warriors stunlock entire points and keep a single target perma disabled while still being incredibly tanky?
Why can thieves spam dodges more than any other class in the game?

Mesmers stealth more than thieves because now thieves have a better option over stealth giving them great map presence.

Engineers have good healing because they have garbage access to protection, and mediocre hp pools and they innately have no more healing than others they just know how to blast their water fields.
And seriously how many mesmers are around anymore.

iDuelist has less DPS than thief unload.
Spatial surge has never hit as hard as eviscerate nor will it.
Mesmers are a joke to kill Mindless AOE condi spam rinse, repeat, profit.

But in general, the Mesmer isn’t this indestructible force that you will never defeat. There are however, scenarios where there are very good Mesmer players who are very efficient with the Mesmer
