There was a blog post that said that matchmaking matches within 15 pips of you, does this include the full legendary prestige spectrum or could Leg x1 players be for example matched with/against Leg x3 players?

there isnt a matchmaking since there arent any queues popping up.
currently at leg 2x and have to sit in 2 hours queues. really making me regret not throwing all my matches just to complete the backpiece achievements. now getting punished for it i guess lol
