Trying to play unranked just to grab some dailies, and I keep getting this “queue abandoned” notification. The confirmation window pops up and even before I can hit accept it closes and it tells me I abandoned. Thought it may have been a bad case of lag but the menu shows a fairly stead ~50 ping. A few other people in map seemed to be having similar issues.

Getting dishonor building up now, so I can’t queue again for a while.

edit- kitten , should have taken a sec to look at the other threads, seems to be a problem for a lot of people. Hopefully we get a patch soon.

Yes got the same issue , so did 4 other guild members.
we can que or we get that error it is highly annoying and started after the new update was done before we had no issues.

Please look into it as this really takes the fun out of it.

Its multiple users and needs to be fixed , might be a bug in the new content update

Yes, im in the same guild and party as Sirolra, we have been having this issue for 5 days now.
This issue is not caused by a single player.

I’m having the same issue. If where in a party with more then 1/2 we get the error 9 out of 10 times.

This happened several times to me and several of my guild mates. We just gave up and did some pve instead. I reported it but never got a response.

This is happening to my guild as well as a group of 5 all the time we try to queue for a guild mission after we all accept we still get queue abandoned.

Same here, tried to PvP with guildies and whenever there’s more than 3 or so in a party, most of the time we get kicked out of the queue before all of us can accept.

Hope Anet can look into it soon…

Exactly, we cant even Q as a guildies team, this isnt fair. It just gets canceled before we get the oportunity to accept. Please fix this…

Happened to me Tuesday about 6:30ish pm GMT, I also raised a bug report at the time, but seems like when we had 4 people in the party and were trying to do guild missions, so had to pick a team.

When you fix this, can you also fix the time wasted in guild missions while queueing and none of the guild being in a match as this regularly means a mission will fail due to the queue times?!

Had this issue last week when queuing a 5 man. we got queue abandoned both when queuing as a guild team and when not queuing.

We dropped the group size to 4 and still had the issue, we then reformed the group (still as 4) and it worked.

Hey all! We are definitely aware of this issue and are investigating. Any details you may have – like when it happened, if you were in a party, if everyone accepted the match (or if no one accepted) before you were kicked out would be helpful.

It happened to us around 6 times last Saturday before we gave up. We were a full group of 5 guild members speaking to each other on voice chat. We all accepted but sometimes we would get the abandoned message before we all had a chance to accept and we were all there ready and waiting to click accept. I asked in map chat if others were having the same problem and they were. I also submitted a bug report when it happened.

We haven’t tried again since Saturday.

This happenes quite frequently, only happend once as solo quese, 2-3 person queus is kinda stable with say 1 kick out of 5, any more than 3 people and it gets exponentially harder, 5 players for a guild mission is all but impossible. we have waited until the check boxes are almost full and clicked accept and it kicks, we have clicked asap , watched the boxes fill up to the right completely and immediately kick. its unplayable as a group at the moment

This happened while I was in a group of four a few nights ago. We attempted to queue unranked about 6 or so times. While I’m not sure if each abandoned queue was due to the game/server, I know the majority of them were. Our entire party would accept the queue-pop only to either have it disappear and throw us all out of the queue 15 seconds later or show us the abandoned message without any of us being given dishonor. A few times it even showed that the four of us (of 10) were the only players who had clicked accept on the queue-pop.

We eventually gave up and split into two groups (of two players each party). We immediately got thrown into a match against each other.

Soooo… an issue with larger parties entering unranked?

Guildies were in a party of 5, 2/16/17, between 10:08 and 10:35 PST tried to queue matches 5 times and kept getting kicked out, it said Queue Abandoned even though we all kept accepting….we gave up trying for our guild pvp mission.

I had this happen off and on yesterday, but only once did I get the dishonor.

Potentially related, but not a big problem: Was queued around 2am EST last night, but cancelled my queue after about 4 mins because I wanted to do other things. Then, like 5 mins later I saw a “queue accept” dialog pop up for about 1s then automatically disappear. I thought this was weird but noticed I got no dishonor so no problem. However, just now I realize this COULD possibly be related. Maybe when people leave queue it removes the wrong person or you aren’t being careful with pointers?

lol. at least disable dailies during leagues and always for ranked. just my 2 cents.

Got a video where I was last to accept and q abandoned upon me clicking accept. Hope this helps narrow down possibilities for what could be wrong.

In my experiences, not all players accept the match, it just gives the message after almost all of the boxes has been checked. It’s almost as if there’s too many people being allotted per match and if you don’t accept fast enough it kicks you out.

We’ve been having problems with this. With 4 people we barely get game, but then with 5 people it’s impossible to get a game. We have either the “you have been removed from the queue” or this: http://imgur.com/a/kf1Lx (or see the attached image). We had this problem alteast twice when trying to queue with 5 people. It was just stuck there, then after the waiting time it put us back on queue. Same thing again, either we didn’t get to game even everyone accepted or it threw us out of queue.

This happened at around 9 p.m. at thursday (CET+1) and today around 20 pm (CET +1). We got to play only one game on thursday and same thing today (saturday), then I went to have dinner and my guildies got game with 4 people.

Edit: After playing with my guildies with 4 people, the bug still persist, but seemed to happen less frequently as time went on (=less players playing). Forgot to add, we queue’d both in unranked and ranked, later on just in unranked.

Was in que a few times with a team of 4 and 5 in unranked and it still did it. We didnt even check it and it filled out the check boxes like all 10 accepted in 2 seconds.

After being frustrated by this bug all week, wanted to come by to help leave some findings, in the hopes that they can help.

My guild has tested, and it seems to be most found with the following conditions (in all cases, we were in pre-made guild groups, and everyone accepted the queue):

- A pre-made group of 4 will almost always get the bug
- A group of 5 always (so far) gets the bug; we have yet to actually get a 5-man guild group to work. We spent 30+ minutes, 8 cancelled games, and couldn’t get into a single match.
- Groups of 3 or less seem to work just fine.

Would love to see this fixed so we can queue up some full guild teams soon!

I am solo queuing unranked at 6:30MT and keep getting this error.

I am duo queuing in unranked at 5:30 PST and it is kicking us out (queue abandoned). I think somethings wrong with unranked.

Solo, unranked experienced this bug starting 8:30PM EST (2/20).

I’ve been having this problem since about 12 midnight UK time. Can not queue for ranked or Unranked at all. The average queue time is also not showing.

I had this problem all last night. It didn’t seem to let up until around midnight and I logged on around 6:30 central time. 9 times out of 10 it would kick me out of the queue for unranked and as for ranked it seemed that it would lag into it when I had no lag in gameplay anywhere else. I could click on the ranked option and close out the window and it would put me into it after about a minuet or so.

I got this bug recently, joined solo in unranked arena for dailies and keep getting this error. Uninstall and reinstall the client doesn’t help either. Everything was fine before that even with Flashpoint update.

I was just having the same problem. Did some WvW, and I was able to get into a match after that.
