There are times, I click play now and get matches with say 4 total people

I cap something go to fight they say it is a duel, don’t fight etc.

Heck with that.. Red is dead and I will fight even if they gang up on me while the other guy(s) on my team stand around.

You can argue if someone should or should not “honor” duels all you want. To me, red is dead.

That said, I am asking Anet if that is ok, not bannable and/or harressment

res is dead no problem, if ur blue thats what to doo

No not punishable, but it may be more of an etiquette thing to respect other players who are trying to make a certain game-mode. As of now, they have no other choice if they want to duel.

When / if custom games are released, this will be fixed and hot-join games have these small duels going on.
