While under the affects of quickness and slow, stomping a player can be buggy. The animation will finish, but the stomp will not be completed for another second. Sometimes it is to the point where it would be faster to stomp someone without quickness, then with it.
I am not sure if the animation is not short/long enough to sync with the reduced/increased stomp time with quickness or slow, or if it is just bugged. However it is easy to interrupt the stomp when you think the animation has finished.

I don’t really understand how quickness stomp works. When I have quickness it seems it’s only a quicker animation, but I still have to wait the normal time for it to work. But when I’m stomped by someone who got quickness, I’m finished as soon as his quicker animation ends

This is indeed a problem, I’ve also had a case of quickness stomps deciding to not work altogether, causing me to lose games/die/save cd’s unnecessarily. Very frustrating.

Bugs out almost 100% of the time when I’m downed on my revenant. They get the stomp as if they were never slowed though their animation shows otherwise. So annoying.

… I still want tengu.

This bug happens to me all the time and I know why. Its basically when you get the boon after you start stomping – the animation wont synchronize with the boon, so when the bar of the stomp is over you will need to wait for a full 1-2 seconds to finish the actual normal stomp. I have opened a thread about this quite a while but got no response..
Heres the link if you want cause I explained it better there:
