Quickness is supposed to make all actions 50% faster.. yet sometimes finishing an opponent isn’t affected by quickness. It’s an on/off thing that happens regularly to me which I haven’t been able to test extensively so..
How is it intended to work?
If you gain quickness after starting the animation, the animation itself will speed up while the actual required casting time will not.
Hm. My usual source of quickness is from Heightened Focus though, which logically pops before I try to stomp. Still happens to me :/

The same thing happens if you lose quickness in the middle of the animation.
Wow, that’s a very weird way for it to work. You mean they actually compare quickness duration and stomp duration and if quickness duration is less than stomp it doesn’t make it faster at all? That’s kinda kitten.
