Maybe because the other elites are more useful?
You can’t abuse lyssa runes as much using Rampage, that’s why people don’t use it
I feel like the other posters didnt even read the rest of the OP. He mentions being able to carry the orb while in rampage, and thinks it should be changed. This is a warrior nerf thread.
Sounds reasonable to nerf that yes. Being able to carry the orb with that kind of hp and armor you will be nearly impossible to down…

what if it had a duration of 30 seconds, and a recharge time of 60 seconds, and it is turned into a signet? and can be used underwater.
Signet of Rampage (48 seconds recharge time with signet mastery, that’s 18 seconds down time)

I use it,its nice transform with high stats. Good skills,and auto attack hits. Its increase dmg as well.

the down time of 130 seconds is kinda long though.
is the 20 seconds good enough to de cap / capture / hold a point in solo arena or team arena? O_O

yes it is too big.
Other transformations allow you to also pick the orb? Never tested that before.

41k hp and 4100 armoe is nothing since you have no blocks,no protection and you are vulnerable to all incoming damage and conditions except stun,kb and fear(wich only fear is condi btw).
A guardian can do it minimu 6x times better since protection = 33% more hp regarding dps taken and has zero diminishing returns like armor has,or It just ads itself over the current armor basicly having 7000 ish armor.Guard can condi cleanse while carrying,block/blind and heal like a boss.Rampage is just a strawman practice target with 40k hp really easy to take down in seconds even by only 1 player.Exactly like a bunker guard (<-sarcasm).

Protection is like wearing another 3k armor buddy,especially when you already have high armor.The tankier you are the more protection reduces damage and it does not respond to diminishing returns.You clearly didn’t met a real burst build or a good necro.What are you gonna do against a full condi bomb ?Instead of dying in 4 seconds like a normal hp war you just die in 8 because you can’t cleanse or do anything.Chill and good game.If you really are serious than too bad for you.

You’re talking 3k armor. He’s talking an extra 20k. GG. Not to mention he’s talking specifically for one map. You don’t have to use the elite for all maps. Rematch you can switch elite and use it specifically for a map.

Necro says hi. Corrupt boons says bb to stab, get chilled, burned and so on. I give it 12sec before that 40k hp will meld away locked away from any sort of utility skill to survive.
Once i tried condi warrior – i melded a zerk thief in literally 4seconds – i dont know what happened exacly or how i did it, but it took olny 4sec to meld away his whole hp bar. Now imagine what condi necro is capable off.
And the difference between 3500 and 4100 armor is about 6% olny at best compared to -33% from protection no matter what without being locked away from skills.
Or when loaded with condi and health dips simply end rampage and use some skills? Protection is nice but 33% reduction is at its best like having 33% more HP. Healing works better but condi is ignored.

U just answered why rampage sux balls in the first place. Ramp is not toggle on/off skill, it actually takes 150 seconds to recharge. It should feel like a unstopable hurk, but its not.
For my taste all transform skills should be nothing else but a temporary stat boost skills imo. As it stands now it doesnt matter what build i run, i always feel weaker in rampage – defense is a crap as toughness doesnt matter in this failed game, stacking it over 2800 is a waste of stats. DPS is actually cut down pretty hard compared to everything else i got.
