It’s more like you throw>dash>get boon removal>get disabled for 20 seconds.
I think that this elite needs a lower cool down, right now 150 seconds on a utility that do not make any good damage or anything very good its too much, i would lower it to 70-80 seconds.
And of course the things that you are adding need to be lock at.
There’s the same discussion in the ele forums about Tornado. Both transforms are kinda useless most of the time.
What was suggested there was more damage, shorter cooldown , duration increase, extra toughess and some other stuff that really wouldn’t work on rampage. Think that any of those would be useful?

Pretty much every transform ability in the game is worthless because the mechanic locks out utilities. The only decent ones are Elixir S and Mist Form (and they got way worse lately), Plague (perma-blind and extreme tankiness), and Transform Moa (because it forces a horribly unpowered mechanic onto your opponent).
I found olny 1 good use when i do not have any mobility weapons (talking about WvW) of rampage: dash away from zerk. No1 will catch ya ever.

Funny thing that adrenal health does work with that skill
