Rampager stats have always had primary Precision stat. It is far from useless though.

I would like this but us Low-tier health classes won’t be able to use it 8(
You can run it on guard if your block game is on point. You won’t be able to contest points, but you’ll most likely have the most DPS you can get your hands on currently for guard. Its kinda like our zerker amulet.
