only after match start. its not fair to not give people a chance to set up a decent comp just because rng said no no to them.

or it will make people run balanced comps instead of cheese setups only good for that map.

Can you please give me an example of this?
Far as I can tell, the idea that people change their classes from map to map is a total lie.
People play based on preference and as a result they only gain experience with one class – so they stick to it no matter what.
I fight people, sometimes they kill me, sometimes I kill them. Fun is had by all. [/quote]

Certain classes excel on certain maps. Thieves excel on Khylo because they can blink up to the wooden platforms or even the clocktower roof from the ground allowing superior positioning. Mesmers are the best class to have on treb in Khylo because they can repair it in seconds with portal. Rangers excel on Temple because they can take advantage of the side point chokepoints with traps.
I have many friends that pvp that change their class based on map because it brings an advantage, even if it’s just a slight one.

Thieves that know where all the supercool shadowstep locations are have good mobility on every map.
Mesmers (and portals) are good on every map, especially if you’re running a bunker.
Temple has two approaches to side points.
Rangers with traps are good on all maps because of how node capturing works.
I have many friends in pvp that just invite whoever happens to be online, regardless of map.
