Guild Wars 2

Whenever I seem to hit (or my friends) the levels 9, 19 , 29 it shows that i was supposed to receive, for example when i hit 29 rank in sPvP it showed up my rewards as a"Dolyak Reward Chest" and a “Wolf Reward Chest” i accepted and it only appeared the Dolyak one. Same a few weeks back when it only gave me the deer one. And i did had inventory space so it might be a bug. If this has happened to you please reply .

This has happened to me, you only recieve the correct chest for the level though, the higher one is not given to you
