So, today I was trying to play PvP with some guildies. Two of them didn’t really PvP often yet, but that was okay for me and the others in the group. So we went for an Unranked match… or at least we wanted to. We got the message that at least one of our partymembers doesn’t have a high enough pvp-level to participate. Does that mean everybody has to play hotjoin until they reach PvP-rank 20?
In the wiki, it says "Ranked arenas require the account to reach PvP Rank 20 and above before participating. " This means to me, that unranked should NOT have that requirement. Did this change at some point, or is that a bug?
On a sidenote, we’ve found we could actually queue for Unranked Stronghold… just not for Conquest.
Unranked conquest is level 10 right?
Unranked conquest requires rank 10. Unranked Stronkhold has no requirement. It seems Anet want new players’ first PvP experience to be in Stronkhold, for whatever reason.
