Hello, I’ve a question about playing ranked matches, when in my team on the beginning of the match (even before the match started) there wasn’t one guy for the whole match and as you can imagine I lost this match which triggered to count it as the official lost in the ranked system during 10 initial games.

Why is it like that? Does ArenaNet do something with that kind of matches? Maybe the match shouldn’t start if the teams are not full or just simply don’t count as lost if that so happened.

Of course I’m talking about the lost side where people still playing even if they are 4 – just don’t make them suffer from that loose. And as for the winning team let them have another victory – I don’t care.

If someone DC’s in a placement match the round should get tossed out the window.

I had the same situation. This is ridiculous that ppl lost their placement due to the unequal matches.

Numerically it counts as one of the 10 placement matches, but it doesn’t effect your rating at all so there really shouldn’t be an issue.
