Ranked PVP and People not knowing what to do
I think they should be able too. If people are new i always suggest practice first so they can get use to the map and what nots but im ok with new players coming into ranked.
I also like when people get matched all over the place. For instance when i play a crappy team and then im on the crappy team. Its like a pro sport, 1 game im playing the 5 time champion spurs and the next game its the knicks but thats obviously me.
Let them play. They counterbalance the people that have garbage mouths and relatively little skill despite knowing what to do.
Zarin Mistcloak(THF) Valkyrie Mistblade(WAR) Kossori Mistwalker(REV) Durendal Mistward(GRD)
I used to think (build op, pls nerf) like you, but then I took a nerf to the knee.
@OP
People should be able to play ranked at any time.
The issue is one of 2 things:
1. You have a low MMR and are getting matched with players who are new
2. Matchmaking is still broken (my guess is this)
Meh, I will trade a new guy any time and any day for an opposing team thats clearly coordinated on TS. Never understood the que / matchmaking system in this game.
Thank you all for the responses. look me up sometime in pvp .My name is Put the Paws on u
I don’t mind new people playing pvp but it is bad if they run like some bad random build (non meta) thinking it is good.

There’s are 2 potential problems in the game actually :
- not knowing capture points mechanics
- running a bad build/ always dying 1v1,…
What’s happening today is that there are many players who aren’t very good on 1v1’s for various reasons, but they do know map mechanics. They won’t do no sense moves, they will anticipate better when to go on x point, when to go on 1v2 so others can cap,..
Alternatively, and with all due respect, some players have no clue how to play on such maps, but they do run some OP hard to fail build, and it’s less evident to call them " bad ", since they won’t die as quick as a zerker usually.
People are mostly calling some players " bad" when they’re dying, but you also have to consider players moves.
