I don’t understand. If i win a match i get 27 rating. If i lose the match i lose 43 rating? How am I supposed to climb?

You won a match against players with lower than your self so you are rewarded less, you then lost to people with lower rating than yourself so you get punished for it. It’s a pretty simple concept.
