What is the thing you see standing out the most that is missing from various teams that hinders their performances?

What should the teams be doing to turn that from a weakness into a strength?

Will there ever be a focus on making builds that focus on bunking/boon strip? Feels like DPS and Condi or boon build up is the way everyone seems to focus their builds.

I always like hearing what the top tier competitive players think of overall class balance. It would be interesting to hear their take on not only the classes they play, but perhaps the classes that don’t get much play and why. Perhaps even their takes on how they would improve those classes so they would enter the competitive scene.

Is there any by chance Team Paradigm will come back and play? you know their individuality skill in conquest this past 2years has become obseleet.

If by chance, will they going to use paradigm shifting like ravager,ravager,ravager? (double eles and double engis)
or will they use commando,ravager,synergist or medic like guardians,necromancer,eles oh and thief. heh.

How do you think might stacking should be dealt with as it pertains to the current meta?

Top players seem slightly divided over whether or not Ranger is still viable in the highest tier of the meta. The only team consistently doing well with Ranger is MiM, and it’s largely due to the potency of their Mesmer/Thief duo. What changes do you think could be made to Ranger to increase its viability for Team play, or do you think it is already strong enough?

That’s also an interesting question since there seems to be 2 camps… some think it’s the might, others think it’s the cele. Would love to hear opinions on this too.

@Grouch, slightly offtopic, but can we get a PvP balance discussion on ready-up soon? Bring back Karl or someone and discuss how they think each class is performing. What’s too strong, and what’s too weak?

I would like to know if a dialog between top player and anet exists. If balancing ideas or new game modes/maps are discussed between top players and anet. Does ANet “use” the knowledge of top players?

@anyone What do you think about in game rewards for spvp?

I personally find the reward tracks to be completely trash.

1. Why do you think that Radioactive (Super Burst Comp) did so well up until the point that they faced Abjured/Absurd (Bruisers)?
2. How much counting down of recharges do you do in PvP? Like if an engineer uses their heal skill, are you counting down from 20 in your head?
3. How do you deal with super mobile teams (Like TCG) as a bruiser team (Like Abjured) on Forest of Niflhel? How do you deal with super bruiser teams (Like Abjured) on Legacy of the Foefire as a super mobile team (Like TCG)?
4. If your entire team wipes on Temple of the Silent Storm and the enemy team traps you in base, how do you get back and break the lock in?
5. What’s your opinion on proccing abilities such as Incendiary Powder, Sigil of Doom/Air/Fire/Blood/Geomancy or Rune of Balthazar/Nightmare? Some people see it as necessary pressure and some see it as not having enough counterplay.

Also, I wasn’t able to attend because I witnessed a highschool-aged girl get hit by a car while crossing a busy road. I stopped by and waited for the ambulance which didn’t take too long, but I was a bit too shaken to give an interview by the time I got home.

Poor kid got kittened up bad. Compound fractures are not a pretty sight
