Really impressed with the balance changes
yeah. i’m really glad they nerfed the most annoying builds in the game. Took a while to happen but hopefully pvp will be more enjoyable now. Looking forward to the patch now.

Perplexity runes.
Yeah, those perplexity runes will be a fantastic addition to balancing pvp. I too look forward to more of these amazingly well though out, incredibly useful and constructive, do I say it, even GODlike changes they are making. The only one I am confused about is the 8% nerf to Healing Signet? Why so much – with changes that big, you wonder what happened to the shave once a year approach. Really, I get that Healing Signet is over-powdered, but really, I think we could have gotten to the same place by maybe taking off .5% at a time.
8% is 30 HP/sec. .5% is 1/16th of that. You wanted them to reduce Healing Signet by 2 HP/Second to try to inch toward balance? I’m really not sure if you’re kidding or not, but I’m going to hope you are…

i read post on reddit and gave lot of credit to anet and was so positive in guild chat until then i saw that rune .ok "rebalanced "and thats not rebalanced at all .
i almost cheers for war nerf .then they made me want to eat my words.
The majority of the balance-related changes for current skills don’t address any fundamental issues.
2/10 current-skill balance update
They get 1 point because they at least seem to have a vague idea of what needs to be addressed. The other point is for the Dhuumfire change actually being a rather intuitive and creative way to nerf the trait, and they managed to implement the good idea for Lyssa that the community had already developed.
Well I think some people here (on the forums) just show themselves to be haters. When they do dumb stuff (or nothing at all) I will QQ with the rest and feel justified. But when they do good stuff and nerf stuff that people have been wanting for ages then I give anet credit.
They deserve credit for this patch. It looks amazing. The rewards alone are going to bring in many players. Then they have nerfed some of the game destroying builds so hopefully we can get some more fun out of the game.

we’ll talk again when necros will lose to engeneers with 15 stacks of confusion on by simply using scepter auto.
They made a really good work for this patch, but perplexity runes will totally destroy the game in less than a week, and if they’re going to get ladder rewards in order to help competition, they will destroy both solo q and team q with confusion spam.
