Does anyone know if the recent buff to spinal shivers in the 19 Apr patch was meant only for the Focus 5 skill?

I was looking at the ingame tooltips for the spinal shivers trait and it still shows a lower damage compared to the weapon Focus 5 skill.

Could someone who knows how to test such things help to test?

can confirm. spinal shivers was not changed to reflect the changes to focus.
