I suggest a comprehensive refactoring of gameplay mechanics to stop the power creep and do a complete rebalance.
Too many randomly spammed conditions, too many random boons, too many random cc and micro cc. The game needs more order and less chaos.
I suggest to remove the weapon skill bar completely, and have a single skill bar as in gw1, with weapons skills chosen by the player based on equipped weapon. This will allow all weapons to be in the meta.

^This, ANet want to do as little work as they can. I’m still waiting to see where they money I paid for HoT went, because it didn’t go on the content that came with HoT.
