Remove shaman's amulet from spvp
Ummm no? The condition damage from a shaman’s ammy is lololol bad. It is nothing but toughness/healing.
Toughness builds are the norm in spvp, if you aren’t running an amulet with toughness being a major part of the amulet then you are at a huge disadvantage. Running full zerker runes doesn’t make sense in any case imo because the damage does not make up for the damage reduction posed by certain runes. The shaman rune in particular should be removed from the game. I fight endless battles with people who run that rune. It doesn’t make any sense to keep in the game. An alternative would be to scale toughness to provide less damage reduction when large amounts of toughness are added to a build.
LoL, Shaman and Cleric are both essential parts of the game since the only mode we have is Conquest which requires at least 1 bunker each team sit on main point. If you fight endless batter in tPvP, you are doing it WRONG.

That already is the case.
Damage done = (weapon damage) * Power * (skill-specific coefficient) / (target’s Armor)
If I add 100 toughness to my full zerker ele (1836 armor) dmg reduction by about 5.4%, if I add 100 toughness to the 2734 if have running Shaman’s Amulet that would increase the dmgreduction by 3.6% only.
I dont mind the amu btw.
