I’m rank 34 and most of the time in PvP I’ve spent doing tourneys.
Today was the first time I was 100% certain that a player was using speed hack (you can’t have " chilled" debuff and use lag-like movement to run faster then a toon without any conditions on him).

The thing is, when I proceeded to report the individual in question, I couldn’t find a relevant category for my report, thus I’ve reported said individual for botting. However, I’m certain nothing will come out of my report, so my question is: has anyone successfully reported a player in s/tpvp and did that endevor result in a ban ? If so, which steps should one make to ensure cheater will be investigated and possibly removed from the game ?
I’m guessing using video capture is a good start, but for starters where should one upload such proof ?

Good question. I remember wanting to report about a million eles abusing the tornado rez bug.

I report ppl that intentionally afk matches for “scamming”

In this case, the best way is to submit a ticket to our customer support team, providing them any information you may have (time & date, screenshots, videos, player(s) name) within your ticket.
