Correct me if I am wrong, but the only way to obtain low queue (or waiting times) is to drop your MMR.
The only way to drop MMR is loosing.

So if I have a high MMR created with Teamspeak Party in ranked games and wish to drop MMR, so that I would not have to wait long times in Unranked Solo_Queue, the only way to do it is getting many losses, forcing MMR to drop.

EDIT: Misread.

Yeah, if you tank your MMR enough you would get shorter queue times in unranked soloing.

OK. Here comes 100 losses.
I hope I will remember and find this thread to report queue times.
