Hi fellow PvP players,

I just hit rank 60 yesterday as a champion paragon top 300 tPvP. I have a problem, my mechanics are close to perfect I can even 1v2, I find myself loosing to players when we win all the fights because I lack knowledge in rotations. I don’t want to feel like I am a burden to the people I’m playing with so I am asking for help. As a bunker I’m always told staying mid is best, but what about when the enemy 5 man rushes home? I need someone to explain to me when it’s ok for a bunker to go to a fight. If anyone can give me a guide on this or contact me it would be greatly appreciated.

the “bunker” guardian should always be in the teamfight for his supourt so ye when enemy go with 3+ people to your home than optimal would be you change your postition with the old homepoint defender

but only when your team goes there to fight (you will not bunker it you wanna supourt your team)

when 3+ go for your homepoint it would be better to ignore tham and outnumber enemy on mid/far^^

What you really wanna avoid is to stay on a capped node and be left alone doing nothing. I see many players doing that, especially in soloq (sometimes even in teamq). This is one of the most common mistakes made by players.
Also note that Guardian is relatively weak in 1v1’s. Semi-bunkers like Eles, Warriors, Engineers or Rangers fullfill that role much better, as there is a potential to win these 1v1’s.

So the general rule to rotation is: after a won teamfight. You watch between your two capped nodes. After a lost teamfight you need to watch where your team wanna push and follow them.

There are many other rotations that come with experience, class-knowledge and sometimes strategic intelligence but are really situational. Conquest-rotations are pretty complicated in this game and a huge reason why so many ppl have problems to get into PvP.
I suggest to watch guardian-streams or to find Tournament matches on twitch (like ESL or ToL) and observe Guardian rotations.
