Rethink daily sPvp achievements
As long as they stay out of ranked, I dont care much. Unranked is buyer beware.

But then you also have the year of ascension class achievements doing the same thing in ranked.
“Buff my main class, nerf everything else. "
Yea…. tying dailies and progress towards a legendary to specific classes (and multiple classes at that for the legendary progression) was a mistake that increases the toxicity found in PvP. Would like to see these all changed to just win a match, possibly increase the number of won matches needed to complete the achievements
What alternative could they have done for league achievements instead of having class specific achievements?
Just about anything…. One of the devs themselves said a while back that they didn’t think the class specific achievements were the best choice for the ascension requirements.
Could be as easy as just multiplying the amount of games that you were required to win by however many classes you were expected to play. Or could be so many wins on different maps or something.

It could be as easy as “get a stomp” on X amount of classes e.g.
The achievements could also be linked to unranked matches alone.
Its just a constant source of conflicts having 1/2 team trying to advance in the league and the other 1/2 are there for achievements.
Furthermore I have more than once seen people try to relog a different toon in the middle of the map because they need achievements..quite often with dishonor penalties and lost matches as the result.
I just want a more competitive and less trashtalking sPvp experience.
Indeed. I too think the profession-specific achievements are overall a bad thing for PvP. The only positive to them is that they somewhat encourage players to try new things rather than just stick with one class forever.
But I find that’s far out-weighed by the troubled caused by people playing competitive matches on classes they don’t know, as well as imbalancing the profession distribution every day. For instance, even with the popularity of Guardians in the meta right now, I don’t usually find more than a couple per match – but on Guardian-win day? Oh my… easily getting matches with 3+ on both teams.
