Please fix this as again…as I have been saying for a long time….the expansion actually took things away from me. In this case 1 class selection.

In WvW usable and enjoyable maps….

The lack of being able to use shield generators…but my enemy can…

The list goes on and on.

so you just want it for free?

it’s not even that much money. I’ve spent more out drinking

just get over yourself & buy it if you want it.

What does this have to do with PvP?

So an expac should just be a title and zero content? Mkaaay
Be glad they didnt raise lvl cap, like almost every other mmo with a freakin xpac.

welcome to trying to play a MMO without a Expansion..

Its ridiculous, Expansions have been a big MMO thing since MMOs started (prolly not Exactly true… but it isnt far wrong)

If ur NOT willing to buy Expansions… Dont Expect to be 100% in a MMO, Move to a MoBA or something because u just wont see any success in a MMO as a f2p Wannabe, its not viable and Anet will never fix it… Just like NO OTHER MMO supports people BEHIND the expansion.

We’re NO LONGER base game GW2 we’re now HoT GW2, get on the hypetrain or Stay at ur station, they’re NEED income.. and they NEED To sell the expansion to earn that Income, so stop acting as if the worlds free and Ur Self Entitliment should earn you the right to take what you want for free.

If we are being honest here the HOT expansion costed the same as GW2 and it is far less. I obviously paid for it since they come out with story and updates like the living story and scarlett saga.

But when GW2 first came out omg all the servers were filled in the PvE, PvP was different and really fun and WvW was crazy. We got used to all of it and then they never added anything. They added stronghold, some huge WvW maps no one uses and resetted fractals. Lol PvE and specs and the rev is really all the Hot is.

Well I did not buy the exp. And do not think I will. New specs for my favourite professions reall suck! I loved lb ranger, what I got? A bloody tank. I loved my support tank guard. What I got? Trapper pew pew ranger wannabe with LESS range. I loved my ele. What I got? Another bloody tank.

So it should not be free. It should cost money I agree. But it should worth it. 3 years and still there are so many core bugs. I really hoped a nice bug fix when HoT came out. But nooo morr shinieees.

So fix the bugs, make core specs fine (not more powerful or even equal. All I ask is fine) and let me play my loved classes as I like in competitive. Not the way you think is right. Then me, wife and other friends will get the bloody exp without a heartbeat.

I’m curious, since when was damage oriented LB ranger ever great in pve, let alone being viable competitively?

I agree somewhat though, that they completely went along with pingeonholing ranger/guardian/ele into bunker roles, they used to at least be fun for pubstomping with the less conventional zerker amulet builds but now they totally just don’t work.

On the otherhand, now you have soldier’s amulet revenants who get 25 might stacks and high fury/protection uptime for their team just for breathing while they rip your face off with OP skills on low cooldowns along with great defensive actives
(well, some risk due to lack of condi cleanses and boon convert but w/e they are so safe)

How did they take something away from you?
You need to have something first, otherwise it cant be taken away from you.
If you never had Revenant than it cant be taken away from you.
