Guild Wars 2

Hi,

I have a problem with my Guild Wars 2 account. I enjoy PvP in this game however, it seems strange for me that my reward tracks are locked, forever without any chance to play with them.

I have done the story of Citadel of Flame (dungeon) two or three times but I can’t activate the reward track from this dungeon.
I have Heart of Thorns, as you can see, I am playing with my reaper, but I can’t activate the Mist Champion – Grymm Svaard Reward Track even there is nothing to unlock to have it.

NB: same problem for Nika.

Is it a bug ?

Thank you for the reply, so it’s not a bug for the mist champion.

About the dungeon track, I did the story for the last time the 26/09/2015 around 9:00 pm. (After the feature was introduced)

I’ve been struggling to work out how to unlock this for the last couple of weeks, and I think it really isn’t clear. I think there’s a three-fold problem with the in-game messaging:

1. At a glance, it’s not clear that bonus tracks for the minis aren’t the main tracks for unlocking the champions, because they appear higher up the list. I have a few locked tracks, and as a result, without scrolling down, I could only see the mini tracks, and thought they were the ones for unlocking the champion. It gets even more confusing with the pop-up on mousing over the locked icon, which makes it look as if completing the track is a prerequisite for unlocking itself – I’ve come across a few people who’ve misread this and thought it was a bug.

2. Mousing over the locked icon on the champion tracks doesn’t pop up a message indicating how to unlock it. It needs a message adding to point people to the PvP UI.

3. I’ve tried looking in the PvP UI before and couldn’t see anything there to unlock. After reading this post, I’ve looked again, and finally spotted the pop-up on mousing over the image on the left telling me to right-click, but it isn’t as intuitive as it could be.

The other tracks have a lock icon telling how to unlock the track.

But the champion tracks have nothing.

You should put a text there with a lock icon telling players to go to the Mist Champion panel in the PvP build panel to unlock the tracks, or maybe even unlocking them directly from the lock icon by showing the panel to pay the gold cost when clicking it.
