Rules and good manners on 1v1 servers
Well, every 1v1 server seems to have it’s own small ruleset. If they do, they have a link in the description of the server.
If you want to get used to your build, just look for a server, that allows the use of your build.
Personally, most of the time, I’m duelling friends, and there we just don’t use too long Cooldown (e.g. Moa on Mesmer).
@Turrets: Haven’t see a server yet, that prohibits the use of turrets, and if the does so, than he rule is outdated, since the turrets got a rebalance since.
Primoridal (S1) & Exalted (S2) & Illustrious (S3) Legend
No elites over 120s.
No tanky amu (Soldier,Crusader,Settler…)
No rune including healing power.
No sigils that stack on death.
Necros : Can’t start a duel with >20% DS.
Mesmer : No PU
Thief: No Shadow Rejuv
Warrior : No rampage
Engineer : No Elixir X
Should be something like that.
(Angz server global rules)
Thx for the reply. Those server rules seams reasonable.
I think the lesson here is that I should find my opponent on a server that already have a rules set. Instead of asking in chat for en opponent and then let him choose what ever rules he thinks is okay.
What about Elixir S!? (the one that make u small or invis)
i tought “duelers” fight but this looks like a dance
Everything is a no no? wtf

I can´t see any reason why you shouldn´t using Elixir S. Curious who told you not to use that xD
Shadow rejuvination is currently not banned from Angz server. Maybe it returns to the list ^^
Angz 1vs1 rules
That rules are not “general” rules overall, but Angz is the most used 1vs1 server EU and the list provides interesting duelling. So pls never say to anyone that this are THE RULES. They are a very good guideline though.
