Anyone know why this isn’t in PvP? Confusion is pretty awful in PvE, but it would be neat to try in PvP with a mesmer. Anyone know?

That’s why.

It’s over the top in wvw, I can’t imagine it being any better in spvp. People just fall over, I can get and maintain 25 stacks as a warrior..

It’s overpowered akittens current state, but it would be nice if a toned down version existed across all formats of the game.

I agree, those runes are seriously broken right now.

Anything I post is just the opinion of a very vocal minority of 1.
