Is the tool tip wrong, or does it really break stuns?

I think that is probably a remaining incorrect skill fact from the previous version of Vampirism which did as the text describes. I am guessing the real effect of Rune of Vampirism 6pc is probably similar or identical to Signet of the Locust which does not have a stunbreak.
