who was the genius that thought that slow on an auto attack was a good idea? by far the most op condi in the game.

You cant cleave because youre slow and the downed auto does a billion damage?, they have the shortest cast time knockback in downstate compared to every other downed state cc

Ironic memeposting aside Rev downstate really is pretty ridiculous, the skill 1 itself already stops the overwhelming majority of stomp attempts in any teamfight.

It’s because revenant has a hard time staying alive in combat especially in team fights that was a somewhat similar case for prepatch necro.

What happens when you have both slow and quickness on you at the same time? I’m honestly curious. Do they counter each other? Wouldn’t that mean that neither has any effect on you?
