Same skills/traits - different stats?
This has been said before and will be said again. It’s not about the strength of each similar skill/trait, but about the overall access to these skills. You obviously can’t have a class that has access to 4 mobility skills have each mobility skill be as strong as the ones for classes with only 1-2 mobility skills. In such a scenario, the class with the most access would be the best. That’s the opposite of balance.
I know what you mean but wouldn’t it be easier to balance if those skills/traits would be equal and the other skills/traits would be balanced after that?
What I mean by that is:
Vigorous Precision = Renewing Stamina
=> Balance other traits/skills with vigor then.
(Just as a short example)
It sounds easier to me this way but then again, maybe I am wrong.
Looks like they actually changed some of the traits to match the ones other professions have. The first step to balance the game properly. Let’s hope they will keep on doing this in the future.
