I think this in addition to better matchmaking, map selection and less emphasis on glory per kill will make the game more friendly to newcomers and casuals.

They are working on it righ now.

The only question is how far they are with it. And also would be nice if they can at least share some of their ideas now.. maybe just like a Christmas gift
