Scepter boon corrupt to boon remove + warrior
A boon remove on warrior don’t match it’s theme.
Is the same reason why the warrior have a lot of immunity skills while the necro don’t have any.
That boon corruption buff isn’t so big. The smesmer have a boon remover on the sword AA and no one had always sayd anything about that. There’s a large amount of better skills to use than the AA.
To remove stability with the AA you have to wait for the 3° skill, making you use it for 1.5 sec before you see it remove a single boon to the enemy. If you have stability isn’t the best way to remove it, expecially if you have a lot of boons (boon corruption is casual).
If the warrior have might, fury and stability, you need 1.5 to 4.5 seconds to convert stability into fear (more if the warrior stack another might, fury or other soons during the fight and you’re unlucky)
And actually the only ways to deal big damage with a condi necro is to use the RS skill 4, stacking poison, or active the scepter 3 to stack torment (good Only if the enemy already have a lot of conditions). If the enemy dodge, block, evade, blind, (more and more) it, your damage is relly low. basicly the only way for a necromancer to “burst” with a condition build is to send back the enemy conditions and corrupt boons to increase it’s damage and make the enemy unable to kill him fast (no defensive skills).
Is it a big buff for the sPvP scepter? Yes, it is.
Will it have a drastic impact on the game, making the necromancer OP? No.
Anyway the necromancer is already the first class for boon corrupting.
But theres also the rewvenant that can remove a large amount of Boons, inflicting a lot of Confusion.

Mesmer sword AA is melee range though, unlike Necro Scepter.
