I suggest that you receive a message which says that no current players around your rating are playing right now. If you want to queue anyway you can click okay and register.

I just hate it when I get players in my team how do not want to communicate and lose due to this. While you get matched against low ranked players and you lose, you will lose a lot of rating even though the loss might be not your fault.

I agree, its too annoying to wait 10 minutes just to see no one of your team isnt even in the leaderbords and all you opponents are at least top 400.
Or do something that the top has a reason to play.
