Hello and happy new year,
for this year i want to do it bether! but thats not so easy. The salt is real and sometimes i start flaming, but what can i do? i create this topic for all of us that want to be bether players

well what are my problems? i realise too late if im salty or mad about other most time more about my own mates then enermies and if im completely mad i start to be a scrub*

*means i play builds that aren´t effective, a other describtion is to do something you know it´s not the best (eg. chase someone and loose the teamfight)

So what can i do against it?
- it´s usefull for me to write at start gl and hf, to remember myself its a game, not a war.
- if someone plays well, i tell him
- after every match i take a small break to think about the last match, what can i do bether not about the others, cause i want to be the different between both teams

what are your solutions for me? ty for help!

Are you NA or EU?

If you’re EU, don’t worry, not only are you the best in virtue of your EU status, but you’re also an upstanding person.

If you’re NA, forget it. Give up. You’re scum, and you’ll never be good at this game.

If you don’t believe me, ask any EU player. They’ll tell you it straight. If you notice any NA players dissenting however, don’t listen to them, they can’t be trusted on account of being depraved.

This ist the first and propably the best thing to do :-).

Play off meta if you can handle the build but have a build for a purpose that makes sense on the map (team). Adapt your build to enemy team. (of course you should know what you do and not use some random builds that just look good). In solo/duo your build should be able to kill a target. Never try new builds or classes in ranked do it unranked unless you think you can manually handle it well.

This is what i do. I only play two classes (ele + war) in PvP. I never do daily on another class in ranked. It would not only hinder my own progress it will be unfair for my team playing on a lower level. And even then i only use war if i think the setup is realy a benefit because i am not as good on war as on ele even when i win most duels on war.

In short:
Play what you can play best and have fun and be a bit flexible with the build to get an advantage.

it´s mental. You had it in your first sentence and i say play what you can handle and have fun with. I know i am patient but even I somtimes feel the urge to set the team on fire ….

It can be rough sometimes. Normally I try to communicate with my team as much as possible. I’ve realized that if my team isn’t doing what is expected of them, and I’ve done nothing to communicate those expectations, then I shouldn’t get mad at them cause I’ve done nothing on my part to fix the problem.

Communication doesn’t always work however. Had many matches where I see enemy has a Thief, so at the start of the match I ask my team to make sure we have someone guarding home or else the enemy Thief will steal it all game (I play Necro so my place is in the team fights). And sure enough, home gets left wide open all game and enemy Thief steals it all game.

Or when I’m playing at Temple and I’m stuck in all fight and I see I have teammates roaming around and a buff is coming up, I try to remind them the buff is coming up and ping it on the map. Well, buff comes up, I’ve got some teammates dying on far, some chasing enemies way off point, and none near the buffs. I finish my oponent and go for the buff, but enemy team has had a player standing there waiting and I can’t reach them in time.

Sadly there is nothing more you can do in those situations, so you just have to accept that you made every effort to coordinate the team without flaming them. At that point I take a breath, think about the match to see if there was a better way I could of picked up the slack in my team, and then move on to the next match.
