Hi, are you going to let us use the seraph stats in pvp?
From my point of view put too many limitations on pvp tactics.

If seraph stats were in pvp the entire game would break instantly. Condi builds would become unkillable due to having the presence of the one stat they need to do damage and they’d have the added benefits of toughness, healing, and vitality all in one.

Short answer: If anet is smart they will never put seraph in pvp
