first One: Is distortion going to stay neutralizing the hill? if yes is there anyway to make it not fully neutralize on the first time we click it? (when i see someone coming into a hill to get me 99% the time they blow all there dps instant but if i pop distortion its a automatic neutralize for them? just kind of sux.

Second One: Are you going to fix the signant of illusions?(the one that gives illusions an extra 200% health) i have asked many times and its still broken. Again it takes 8 seconds for the signant to apply to the illusion but in 8 seconds the illusion is already dead. so I hope you see were the problem is and have a fast solution.

On the first one – if someone runs up to a Mesmer and starts mashing buttons then it’s his fault. By now pretty much everyone should know that MH sword = Blurred Frenzy incoming, so don’t just unload everything before you get rid of it. F4 is impossible to predict, but then it happens only once in 60 secs only.

On Signet, to put it plainly – it probably won’t be fixed. That’s because that is how signers are designed to work, they proc once per 10 seconds and give their invisible buff or trigger effect for 10 seconds. This is a technical limitation and I don’t think they will lift it.

F4 is impossible to predict, but then it happens only once in 60 secs only.

you forgot about the shatter recharge trait you get from the illusions trait line (at least im pretty sure its illusions) with a max of 30% off the recharge trait, i dont have a point here im just clarifying

I’m not sure weather it’s been stated if signet of illusion is bugged or not. but if they haven’t, maybe that’s how it’s meant to work and it simply has not been stated on the description.

just saying, phantasm are already one if not the strongest damage over time of any skill in the game, which also happen to have the shortest cool downs. having them instantly spawn with 8k+ hp would be somewhat of an overkill and unfair for anyone running hybrid/condi/meele/sigle target dmg, etc

It’s impossible for a phantasm to ever have 8k+ hp, they have a base health of 2150 at level 80 which your stats doesn’t contribute to. Only the phantasm hp trait and the signet increase their health.

it sits around there with signet of illusions + Persisting Images, also phantasm like phantasm defender sit at a base hp of 5300. and altho some people will argue this skill is weak, once combined with Vengeful Images, enemies will start taking twice the retal dmg for everything, making it a hard counter for AoE based builds and quick hitters such as rangers. (Greatest moment as a Mesmer is when you see a ranger entangle your phantasm, instant GG with nothing he can do about it!)

they just need to make the q expire after a period of time (like 1s). it makes no sense that if you die stunned, once you ress! you still get that dodge ? sooo annoying!

According to wiki, signet of illusions applies an hp boost to all summoned allies that can move. That means it affects pets like the Rock Dog, from rune of the ogre. Also, the toolbox does not mentions that it takes time until the HP is inscreased. But we all know how unreliable toolboxes are in this game.

And yes, distortion should neutralize points, as do any other invulnerable skills.
