Guild Wars 2

Should have spent my glory to get gold. I was hoping there would be some decent rewards for all the glory accumulated over the past 1.5 years, but there is not.
I don’t want any of the dungeon armor. I don’t want any of the cultural armor. I already have 8 lvl 80s.
What a waste.

It’s easy to make gold in GW2; it’s not easy to acquire items that give you free levels. I spent all of my glory on those because eventually we will get a new class, and it’ll be nice to have it L80 minutes after I create it.

Why in the world did you keep glory in the first place when you could have easily traded it for Gold? We knew months ahead that glory was being removed.

Yea, I spent every ounce of glory I had on presents and converted it to gold…

…which was great since it turns out that there wasn’t another good glory-to-gold conversion available after that went away.

However, it just doesn’t make sense to me that they took that away without putting anything in its place.

I didn’t have all that much glory, as a relatively newer player, but I think I converted around half of mine. I saved the rest hoping some other interesting conversion process would be introduced.

There’s still hope, yes?
