Hi all, I’m fairly new to this game and I’m still getting round lots of stuff. In most games I play I prefer PvP over PvE and I consider myself decent at it. Now I play P/P Thief but I didn’t find a good build for it, most of them were very old so I made my own and I can say I’m doing good vs bad and decent players and satisfying vs good players. But from time to time I meed players that literally beat the c**p out of me and that is normal but last night I met another P/P Thief that beat the c**p out of me, and that was a first. I meet a lot of P/P Thief but most of them are no challenge, but this guy was basically killing me for 2-3 seconds. I give him all credits deserved, he’s obviously far from my level of skill but I’m more curious about his build. So i decided to ask you all that play P/P Thief to share your builds and compare.

The P/P build I use when I feel like trolling or Punishing DHs is:

Assassin’s Amulet
DA/CS/Tri: in Tri I run Flanking Strikes and Trickster
Heal: Withdraw
Utilities: Shadowstep, Assassin’s Signet, Signet of Agility or Haste or Devourer Venom.
Elite Basilisk Venom

This build will eat any Class besides Ele, and Engie alive, it can be hard to kill Warriors but if you Basi Venom their Blocks you can kite them long enough to kill them, just don’t Spam while they block or you will kill yourself or unsuspecting teammates.

Oh well i use some fun build. But only unranked just for LoL … In ranked i play only ele and sometimes warrior.

Initiative is reserved for pistol 3+4 in a fight. All else is usually a waste. I defend and regen ini with traps. It allows me to hit – stealth – hit in 2 second windows.
Unload – headshot – drop trap – sneak attack – unload (headshot) – drop trap —-———-
And the heal is evade + trap = stealth too .
It´s not to real duel. Run , decap, +1 and disengage. It can do what a thief shall do.
And it outkites guardians. If they pop aegis it has basi venom, if they leap on me i stealth/dash away. I often use bandits defence not shadowstep. Both are good.
The sigil in the bow are to disengage. I swap to bow only for running so chill + endu.

I’m going to warn you now, it’s very gimmicky and in no way a meta-build. Your primary focus should still be de-capping.

You’re probably wondering what the heck Fist Flurry is doing on a PvP build. I use it by comboing 1-2 body-shots (pistol 2), and immediately stealing to flurry with immob/daze. The faster you can pull off the combo, the better.
Blinding Powder is most commonly used to help escape, but can be used for a quick staff-knockdown.

I forgot yesterday to show my build, I was at work during the day. So here is what I use:

Most used skills are 3+4(what a surprise!) and 5+Evade for stealth. Signet of Agility is for Endurance refill and the elite skill is for finishing opponents in +1 fights and also for interrupting. Assassins Signet is mostly for the passive but is also rarely used for fast finishing. Heal is also used for extra stealth and the daggers are for situations when range fighting is not an option.
I’ll try some of the builds listed above but I’m also open for any advice’s on my current build.
