Like the title suggests.

The sigil of bursting isn’t showing any significant (not at all) increase of condi damages, especially when stacked.

The sigil has been bugged for some time in PvE, this was noticed once people started doing raids with DPS meters and stuff.

Per the wiki: “The percentage increase is applied to the base condition damage of the player prior to modifiers from effects and other sources.”

Maybe it’s broken in PvP too then. Hopefully this gets enough traction so it’s fixed for all modes
