Sigil of Energy. Why?

They want people to be killed more easily. Not saying that is good or bad but that’s the reason.

That sigil has been in the game forever and not even very widely used.

Well, it was OP. Of course Anet killed it off and mangled its corpse, instead of balancing it.

The real question is why didn’t they simply removed it?
